하프 김혜진
하피스트 김혜진은 만 6세에 하프를 시작해 2009년 만 7세에 KBS교향악단과 헨델의 하프협주곡을 이병욱 지휘아래 협연하였고, 2011년 금호영재콘서트를 통해 데뷔했다. 소피아 스텍클러 Sophia Steckeler, 나현선, 유지혜를 사사한 김혜진은 예원학교 수석졸업, 서울예술고등학교 수석입학 후 만 15세에 한국인 최초, 최연소로 프랑스 리옹국립고등음악원 (CNSMD de Lyon) 에 학사과정으로 입학하여 하프의 거장 파브리스 피에르 Fabrice Pierre, 실방 블라셀 Sylvain Blassel, 팍 스티크니 Park Stickney 를 사사하고 있고, 현재 석사과정 재학중이다.
2022년 7월, 블루밍턴에서 3년마다 개최되는 세계 최고의 솔로 하프콩쿠르인 USA 국제 하프 콩쿠르에서 3위를 차지한 김혜진은 제 39회 한국음악협회 해외파견콩쿠르 1위, 제9회 독일 뷔르츠부르크 베르톨트 훔멜 국제 콩쿠르 한국인 최초 1위, 제4회 헝가리 세게드 국제하프콩쿠르 만 25세 이하부문 최연소 우승(1위 없는 2위) 및 헝가리 MÁV 심포니오케스트라 특별상, 프랑스 릴리라스킨 국제 하프 콩쿠르 주니어 부문 한국인 최초 1위, 일본 소카 국제 하프 콩쿠르 주니어부문 3위 등 국내외 하프 콩쿠르에서 입상한 바 있다.
또한, 제14회 세계하프콩그레스 ‘미래 유망주' 연주, 프랑스 은행 ‘메세나 음악총회' 장학금 수상자 연주, 제50회 프랑스 ‘가흐질레스 여름 하프 페스티벌' 초청 독주회, 제10회 미국 국제하프콩쿠르 ‘스타스 오브 투모로우' 초청 연주, 비엔나와 부다페스트에서 헝가리 MÁV 심포니 오페스트라와 초청 협연, 살비 하프 ‘하피시마' 페스티벌 리옹국립고등음악원 오케스트라 협연, KT챔버오케스트라 ‘KT와 함께하는 토요일 오후의 실내악' 협연(지휘 이택주), 금호영재콘서트(2011,2013,2015,2016) 및 금호영아티스트콘서트(2021) 등 세계의 다양한 무대에서 음악 활동을 하고 있다.
Harp Hyejin Kim
Born in Seoul (South Korea), Hyejin Kim discovered the harp at the age of 6. She studied for one year with Sophia Steckeler in Munich before joining the Yewon School with Hyun Sun Na, then the Seoul Arts High School with Jeehye Yu.
Since 2017, Hyejin has been studying at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Lyon in the class of Fabrice Pierre, Sylvain Blassel and Park Stickney.
Winner of several prestigious international competitions Hyejin recently won the 3rd prize at the 12th USA International Harp Competition in Bloomington (USA), one of the most prestigious international harp competitions. She won the 3rd prize at the Soka Nippon International Harp Competition in Japan in the Junior category in 2012, the 1st prize at the Lily Laskine competition in Paris in the Junior category in 2014, the 2nd prize ex aequo (1st prize not awarded) and the special prize of the MÁV Symphony Orchestra of Budapest at the International Harp Competition in Szeged (Hungary) in 2016, the 1st prize at the Berthold Hummel Competition in Würzburg in 2019 and the 1st prize at the 39th competition of the Korea Music Association in Seoul in 2020. The same year, she was awarded a scholarship from the Mécénat Musical Société Générale.
Several times invited as a soloist, she performed at the age of 7 the Concerto for Harp in B flat Major by G.-F. Händel with the Korean Broadcasting System Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Christopher Lee. In 2014, she played the Concertino pour Harpe et Instruments à cordes by J.-M. Damase with the Korea Telecom Chamber Orchestra conducted by Taekju Lee, then the Danes by C. Debussy and the Introduction et Allegro by M. Ravel with the Budapest MÁV Symphony Orchestra in Vienna and Budapest in 2018.
In 2019, she played the Concerto for Flute and Harp by W. A. Mozart as part of the Harpissima Festival under the direction of Fabrice Pierre at the CNSMD in Lyon.
Hyejin gives regularly her solo recitals, especially at the Kumho Art Hall in Seoul, as well as for a Stars of Tomorrow concert at the 10th USA International Harp Competition at Indiana University - Jacob School of Music (Bloomington), or at the 50th Gargilesse summer festival.
