첼로 장우리

 “짙은 소울의 호소력”, “풍부하고도 감성적인 음색과 탁월한 기량”이 돋보이는 첼리스트 장우리는 한국예술종합학교 영재원 수료 후 영재 입학 및 학사 졸업, 연세대학교 음악대학 석사를 졸업하였다. 이후 독일 자브뤼켄 국립음대 전문연주자와 최고연주자(연주학 박사) 최고점으로 박사 취득 및 실내악과정 Master를 수료하여 연주자로서의 단단한 기반을 다져나갔다.

학업 중 국내의 중앙일보 콩쿠르 1위를 비롯해 로스트로포비치 국제 음악콩쿠르, 차이코프스키 국제 음악콩쿠르 진출, 칼.다비도프 국제 음악콩쿠르 2위, 발터 기제킹 실내악 국제 콩쿠르 1위 에 입상함으로써 같은 첼로의 음악학도와 선의의 경쟁을 통하여 목적의식과 무대경험을 획득하였다. 연주경험으로는 어릴 적부터 금호 영재 & 아티스트 콘서트를 비롯하여 이원문화센터, 헤이리예술마을, 예술나무포럼 Arko 초대연주 등 다수의 독주회를 하였고, 한국예술종합학교 심포니 오케스트라, 광주시립교향악단 협연과 크론베르크 아카데미 페스티발, 서울스프링 페스티발, 슐레스비히 홀슈타인 페스티발 등에 참여 및 연주로 음악적 역량을 넓혔으며, 독일 라디오 방송 오케스트라 견습단원으로 해외 유명 지휘자들과 대규모 악단에서의 합주경험, 다수 Live 실황콘서트 및 Trio 음반작업을 통해 국제적 안목을 쌓았다. 2015년 귀국독주회를 시작으로 2015 음악저널 ‘신인음악상’ 수상과 KBS ‘더 콘서트’ 출연, 코리안심포니, 수원시향, 광주시향, 전주시향, 인천시향, 성남시향 객원수석을 역임하였다.

현재 파체(PACE)앙상블, 첼리스타, 클래시칸, 더브릿지, (사)한국페스티발앙상블 멤버로 활동하며 다양한 레퍼토리로 청중과 교감하고 있으며, ‘평창국제음악제’에서 찾아가는 마스터클래스를 시도하여 재능 있는 음악도를 참신한 방식으로 지도하였고, 한국영아티스트협회 이사 직을 맡아 후학 양성과 연주자 발굴에 중점을 두는 중이며 연세대학교, 중앙대학교, 강원대학교에 출강중이다.

Cello Woo-ri Jang

Cellist Jang Woo-ri, who stands out for "the appeal of deep soul" and "rich and emotional tone and excellent skills," graduated from the Korea National University of Arts' Gifted Center and graduated from Yonsei University's Graduate School of Music. Since then, he has established a solid foundation as a performer by acquiring a Ph.D. and completing a master in the chamber music course with the highest score of professional and top performer (Doctor of Performing Studies) at Zabrucken National University of Music in Germany.

In addition to winning the JoongAng Ilbo Competition in Korea while studying, Rostropovich International Music Competition, Tchaikovsky International Music Competition, Carl.By winning the 2nd place in the Davidov International Music Competition and the 1st place in the Walter Gijeking Chamber Music International Competition, he gained a sense of purpose and stage experience through competition with the same cello's musicology in good faith. In terms of performance experience, he participated in a number of solo concerts, including Kumho Youngjae & Artist Concert, Heyri Art Village, Art Tree Forum Arko, Korea National University Symphony Orchestra, Gwangju Symphony Orchestra, Kronberg Academy Festival, Seoul Spring Festival, and Schleswig Holstein Festival. Starting with the 2015 solo concert, he won the 2015 Music Journal Rookie Music Award, appeared on KBS The Concert, served as the senior guest of Korean Symphony, Suwon Cityhyang, Gwangju Cityhyang, Jeonju Cityhyang, Incheon Cityhyang, and Seongnam City.

Currently, he is a member of the PACE ensemble, cellista, Clashcan, The Bridge, and (L)Korea Festival Ensemble and communicates with the audience with various repertoires, and has attempted master classes at the Pyeongchang International Music Festival to focus on talented music, and is a successor to Yonsei University.
